I’m so excited to be exploring southern California. Moving here as the Midwest gets their first snowfall of the year was no coincidence. The long, dark, and cold winter months have long disrupted my wellbeing, and I’ve slowly been taking steps to prioritize my health and happiness. A warmer, sunnier, winter is one piece of the puzzle.
